At best I'm incidentally bisexual, and nervous enough about it that every time I come close to having a real (I say real because I managed one encounter in the past, but nothing of substance happened and I left unfulfilled) first encounter, I get cold feet and lose interest. With that being said, I still have a persistent fantasy / fascination about what it would be like to satisfy another penis, so I'm kind of stuck in a place where I want something, but not bad enough to make the jump. When masturbating, I'm often very attracted to TS pornography... much more so than gay or single male pornography, which has led me to the idea that maybe I should build upon that attraction to help satisfy my curiosity. I've been looking for passable TS partners for a while, but they are few and far between and, well, surfing craigslist isn't really the best place to find anyone. This has brought me to the idea that maybe I should just go find a TS escort since there seem to be more than a few where I live and many of them are quite attractive, plus I would assume that they would have some experience in dealing with curious first-timers. I guess I'd just like to know what you all think of this idea?

The reason I don't go for men is very simple: I'm not attracted to them. In fact, I'm only attracted to the penis, and the idea of being with a man, while not repulsive, has been a tough sell up to this point. I've tried on multiple occasions to put myself into a situation where I could explore my attraction to the penis with a man, and then its really the fact that I'm trying to make myself be attracted to a man when I'm not that causes me to back out of it. This is how I arrived on the idea of a shemale... I am attracted to them AND they have a penis. It's not a requirement, but it certainly seems like it would be easier for me than trying to force myself to be sexually attracted to a man just so I can fulfill a fantasy about his penis. As for paying for the experience, no, I'd much prefer it to be a real interaction with someone, but as I've said, I haven't had any luck in finding someone who fits the bill who isn't an escort.

Hey Kevin, above all go at your own pace and with your own interests. There is no time table here. If a TS does it for you, then go there. If an escort service works for you, do that. But I'd NOT recommend picking up anyone off the street, an adult book store club, or book store. "Safety first". I totally get what you are saying (at least I think so). Lots of us here are only attracted to the physical aspect of our bi-side, with no emotional attraction to the same sex at all. I am not at all interested in kissing or cuddling or dating a guy. Maybe, you will only crave TS guys. Probably, you will begin to crave men as well, even if just for their penis.
So, why limit who is first? Your opportunity for getting what you need will increase dramatically if you include men willing to enjoy sex with you. They may have other shared interests with you as well.

It's not a matter of limiting who is first, but rather trying to find someone who I find attractive enough to want to be with at first. So far, I haven't been able to find a guy that meets this requirement. Perhaps you are right and I will eventually crave men, but at the moment, I don't crave anything, but I'm curious about the penis. I just feel that, within my specific set of interests, an attractive TS will provide me with an easier, more approachable way to explore my curiosity.

Makes sense to me. Don't let others tell you that you should do it their way. Do it the way you think you'll be most comfortable and satisfied. Let us know how it works out.

It is an option but as other colleagues say, you can have sex without paying, there is always someone interested and unknown if you do not like not to do it again with that person.
