    Buying clothes

So, for the people who like to dress on the forum, where is your favorite place to buy clothes ?

I know a ton use the WISH app, and its great once you figure out sizing, which can be a real bitch

but, many of those same things are now available on Amazon, and since I have prime, the wait is much shorter.

Although I will say, some things I ordered recently arrived in a week

I've ordered from Amazon and EBay. All a toss-up for fit but some are so cheap, I don't mind the risk.

I have found, the stuff on Ebay is pretty much the stuff on the WISH app from CHina, its actually all over Amazon now. WIth my free shipping, it comes out to about the same price, but at least I can return it

Same here, Amazon or Ebay. Once you figure out sizing its pretty easy. Also, pay attention to the seller's sizing recommendations and pay especially close attention to the product reviews.

I go to a mall quite a ways south of where I live and buy in person. The clerks really don't care. You are just a sale to them, and they don't know you.

I don't trust any place that wants a sign in for browsing, nor is connected to Google. These people are compiling data on you, and you can be sure that if you have an internet address, secret or not, they can add your "secret" purchasing habits to your identity.

Besides going to the mall is fun. I met a guy while browsing there. He hit me up in the food court and I ended up spending the next five or six weekends with him.
I've been plowed more times than Paris Hilton, and I loved every mile of it!

Here is my worth. Walmart always has a big self checkout area. Get what you need, go to the self checkout, and you are finished.

Truthfully, I hate clothes stores, always have, online I will actually relax and browse. I cant even shop for socks, in a store, I walk in, grab them and get out as fast as I can

Probably all that misspent youth in malls

    It's a fun place -- I live about 10 minutes from there.

Janet's other main interest in life -- automotive racing engines and repair -- occupied the same building for a long time. I bought a rebuilt engine for my car there in the late 80s, quite some time before she converted the shop to dual-use.

It's now becoming Janet's Dungeon, with the addition of a substantial amount of BDSM gear...

I have never ordered online, I only shop in store. At least in store I can try the clothes on if I want (I checked with store) and I would never buy makeup without seeing it, but that's just me.

I know brit right!?! I can go months (or longer) and not even think about dressing, then out of the blue I'll see something somewhere, an image a magazine ad, anything really and next thing I know I'm ready to put on the lipstick, step into my heels and go out in search of a party!!!

You may want to try thrift stores.
