Um...no.
Unless it's someone I trust implicitly (i.e. my brother) and in only the direst pinch of circumstances, I would go commando before wearing anybody else's underwear. But that is just me.
I don't buy used socks or underwear from thrift stores or rummage sales either. I know they may be able to be washed/bleached/disinfected, but that's still just a little off-putting for me.
Sometimes human beings need to step back and look at the "lower evolved" species to find the right answer....
