Would you switch sexes for a day?

My first thread. Yay! I'm sure this has come up before, but I can't recall it in the past month and someodd days I've been here, so let's have another go!

If we lived in a fantasy world wherein someone invented a safe, temporary sex change machine, would you use it? If not for a day, for how long would you want to be "switched"? And of course: what would you do with your time/new parts and why? ;)

Obviously since I started the thread, I'd do it. I think I'd probably like to stay that way for about a week. I've definitely never considered myself as one with penis envy, but I am infinitely curious about how the sexual experience is different for a man. I would probably spend the whole week locked in my room with myself and a lot of porn, :tong: even though I would ideally like to have sex with both a woman and another man. You know... for scientific purposes. :rolleyes: In the end, I would like to come away from the experience with a better ability to pleasure both the men and the women with whom I become intimate in the future. :bigrin:

Well my wife isn't really sexually attracted to women, so I would have to say no. I don't think I would get anything out of playing "dress up" or anything like that with her.

Now if I was single, it might be interesting to experience feeling a penis in "my vagina". I guess I would only need to switch for about 2 minutes though. ;)

It's not that I don't enjoy being a male, and playing male roles, but I happen to have a mind that enjoys being both, and mentally I'm frustrated that I can only be one or the other physically. In a New York minute! I'd lock myself in a room with some porn first then go find a woman or a man...or both. Definitely both eventually.

I think it is very difficult to reprogram a life of being one sex to live as the other sex. Any short transformation would be very awkward and very disappointing. Well, in all honesty, I probably wouldn't use it. I've never had any desire to want to know what it's like to be a man, not even for a day. Cool Idea! It was too tempting to not reply. My personal experience, of course, isn't the same as the discribed 'what if' scenario but it has certainly offered some valuable insights. The effects of anti androgens and estrogen in massive doses over time are a lot more involved than most people would ever imagine, and the physical changes much more profound than what people get to see. The change and increase in physical sensitivity, wow. I think it would be cool if everyone naturally completely changed sex for a few years of their lives. There are some animals that do. Society would get along so much better I think. Then every child could have a mother and a father :) , lol. I love being a woman. It's the greatest thing there is. But I have thought about what it would like to be a man for a day. (Or maybe even a long weekend) I really think I'd like the experience. For me, it would take a complete revelation to turn me perma-man. I love being a lady. Despite my numerous "masculine" personality traits and tomboy childhood, I've never had gender or sexual identity qualms. I just consider myself a big fan of discovery. ;)

Probably, just to see what it would be like. The only problem is that people tend to have more expectations for men to succeed. Being female for me basically means that if I sit on my ass all day I could still get a date and some words of encouragement. Plus I have big boobs, which don't look good on a guy.
