No, I didn't HAVE TO ask, although I probably should've KNOWN BETTER than to ask.

Is that a hint, Skater? Christmas IS coming up, tho......have you been a good boy this year??? LOL Or you could try this: http://www.americansweets.co.uk/inde...AYCAT&catid=28
But if we're talking about candy....I LOOOOOOOVE Cadbury's Dairy Milk
Hehe, no, don't worry... I HAVE found a couple of stockists for Jolly Rancher Candy in London. My usual retailer is www.cybercandy.co.uk who have a nice shop near me that sells stuff like Mountain Dew, Twinkies, Hersheys, Reeses, etc. they even have those chocolate "Pretzel Flips" that I like:

Thanks for the link though! The only problem is that American candy is really expensive over here, for some reason. But every now and then I splash out on a little "candy".
Hmm, reminds me of the old saying: "A minute on the lips... a lifetime on the hips!"
Funny that American candy is expensive there....English candy is expensive here. My b/f (bisexualnewbie) is English and we occasionally go to the British Grocers here in Las Vegas to get some of his favorite foods and candies...I had mushy peas for the first time yesterday and Yorkshire pudding for the first time on Thanksgiving LOL
But prices are expensive there at that store....mostly because of the shipping costs, I'm sure.
In your response of the "...on the hips" saying, here is mine:
"Let them eat cake"~~Widely attributed to Marie Antoinette
Off with my head so i can transmogrify into Katie Melua
Mushy Peas????? *Boaks*
Me mum used ta dish up mushy peas everytime we had puddin an chips... an every time me used ta hang ova loo gettin shotta em! Jeez..She used ta stand ova me an force me 2 eat em.. "they gud for u " she wud say...Christ..gave me insides a gud clear out.. wos as close as it eva came...wos me glad 2 leave ome... an glad me mum an dad decided 2 live up ere an not down wer she cums from! All me aunties an uncs an cuzzins seem 2 eat sod all else! An they has the cheek 2 talk bout haggis.... bloody arseholes!!!
But Yorki Pudd??? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Brill wiv the sunday roast an Naggy makes em 2 perfection!
I have to agree... I can't stand mushy-peas. They just look awful. I doubt that very many people in London even eat them these days... they used to sell them in fish and chip shops, but now-a-days they're harder to find. Yorkie puds are nice with a bit of gravy, though.
Speaking of which, Jellied Eels are another "English Delicacy" that are are best avoided: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jellied_eels
Hoping mushy peas are not hard to find........Although the best time eating English food was when GF accidentally ate kidney from a Steak and Kidney pie, she looked like she was about to puke.....even funnier was that she had given me a taste before that and I knew it was the wrong pie.
It was horrid, just HORRID!!!!:yikes2:(as Fran would say...) *BOAKS*
I've had steak n' kidney pie and pudding plenty of times... its not that bad, IMO. Organs like liver and kidneys are perfectly edible, when cooked well. But I draw the line at stuff like tripe. Funny how different cultures find different foods socially acceptable.
BTW, Fran, they have haggis in a can here at the British Grocers....um, didn't look too appetizing to me....;)
I definitely have to agree with you there, on the Yorki Pudd (not that Naggy makes the best...cuz I haven't tried hers...) BUT, they are "brill" whether with the Sunday roast or Thanksgiving turkey! yummmmmmmmmmmmmm:tongue:
(I did like the mushy peas, btw......I liked them better than regular canned peas):tong:
