surely Excel would be a better application for that. you could tabulate a line graph and more easily keep track of your proxmity to exceeding the slut barrier (which should never be set in stone anyway). You could even make projections using a dive bar chart or create a cherry pie chart see what areas need more attention. i think using Powerpoint may be a little over-indulgent though.
