The small cap on the other end of the case can be opened to various degrees to control the amount of back suction you feel when pulling out. You can get away with just a quick rinse and storage capped if you plan to reuse it soon. I've gone up to a week without washing it but it will get moldy eventually. The Lotus texture is a good starting model and the vigina orafice feels the best to me. Once you try one, you'll understand why it is the best selling male adult toy.
