Perhaps I am uneducated on the subject but I am curious. How do chicks with dicks, such as TS Vanity maintain their package size. My friend has been taking female hormones, for prostate issues, and has seen a large reduction in his package size and has been unable to get an erection. So HRT,s are not the answer. Is it all done by feminizing surgery? Inquireing minds want to know. No disrespect intended for I love you all.
