it adds a whole new meaning to saying I DO....

4 pages of YOU will do (http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/0217062contract1.html)
at the bottom of the page is the 1.2.3.4 bit for changing pages, there is 4 pages in total

Interesting, there is hope for the woman yet in the fact she didn't sign it, but what the fuck was she thinking marrying the fruitcake and having kids with him in the first place. If he is as demented as that document shows then he was bound to have shown signs beforehand.

I really, really hope she gets a good divorce lawyer while he is in jail and complete and total custody of children.

That was just disgusting to any one with a bit of decency in them.

After she married him and before the kids why the hell didn't she run away from the Fruit cake?

Oh I know that, Jamie, I'd say it almost borders on abuse as well. But the fact remains the guy wrote it and apparently expected her to abide by it. From the story he was charged with her kidnapping and she provided this to police, I wonder if it was a recent development and she ran for the hills or if she ran for the hills to begin with and this was his way of trying to force her to conform once he allegedly kidnapped her.

Holy hell I just googled....it's a mess. His family claiming she downloaded that and porn to put his ass away cause he was taking the kids to a different church. Others claiming the police have no business being involved in a BDSM issue, and still others claiming he had the right to show his "love"....

Okay off to sleep and hope I don't have a nightmare about Mr. Frey.

Funny I've seen thi type of thing in the BDSM community a lot. Especially between Master and slave. slave being someone who consesually takes on that role.

so yeah maybe that is where this comes from?

Mostly it amounts to a lot of fantasy and role play. In reality some of it does happen, but for how long? I dont know...

For him to end up in court over the matter seems like she didn't want to play anymore, if play it was.

to put it simply, and if to believe the reports as shown, he is one sick little puppy; funny though, with this kind of mindset rules are only for someone else.

also, like any real contract, it is an agreement between two or more parties, not a set of demands or expectations! makes me think the whole thing is bogus, another one of those tales for some kind reality show!

Looking at the document this isnt meant to be a legal document (unenforceable at any rate, for several reasons.) Just look at the font face used int the title headings, is that something you would expect to see in a legal document?

My guess is that she had access to his computer and was trying to smear him. Remember the child porn charges?

Or he is a genuine creepo which should be more than enough to get him in deep doo-doo.

At any rate this "contract" is more of an agreement for consensual play between two consenting adults. Its not, and never was, intended to be an actual contract.
