TY Beka! So many truths...
It's sad that the majority of the homeless population have some level of mental illness or dependency problem. I have given money, I have given food, I have also refused when it was more than obvious she was going to buy crack with it. I don't judge, but I do reserve the right to dole out my money as I see fit...thank you very much...
It is also sad that I thought this clip was going to be about thong wearing girls with low-rise pants or baggy pants boys with boxers...
