i love vega whole food optimizer. i tried all flavos now and i loved the chocolate flavor one with cold water. i'm also reading his book: thrive. i've felt more energized than when i was vegetarian. i work 2 jobs and work out 5 to 6 days a week with ddr. i'm also eating healthier. just curious to know anyone's thoughts
