Has anyone seen the movie Better than Chocolate? EXcellent funny movie. Like Eating Out, and a few other Gay and Lesbian movies that I've seen lately, theis is funny and touching all in one. In on Net Flix, and I recommend it wholeheartedly. ;}:2cents:

It wasnt a great film now I look back on it, but when I think of the huge impact it made on a young girl it still takes the breath away. A few years ago I wrote of this film in another thread, but couldnt remember the name quite accurately, but someone helped me out.. "Lianna" had more impact on me and my budding sexuality than any film before or since. When Channel 4 (I think it was C4) showed it I was stunned. It was to me quite the most beautiful, wonderful piece of cinema I had ever seen..

Now I have my own copy of "Lianna" and it is now rather dated, not that well acted or filmed, and its not really the astonishing piece of cinema I once thought it to be.. but it is in my mind still a beautiful film, and when I do screen it, the feelings of awe and wonder of the young girl I once was resurface.. there is still no film which has had quite such a profound effect on me..
