I was adding pics and i was able to add 3 but it wont add oneof my husband. I know it is not too large its the same size as the other 3. Why is it doing that?

It may be too big. If you have PHOTOSHOP, or similar program, you can reduce it, then post it. Ask PEG, or "Volty" they're whizzes, at stuff like that.

Usually you upload 3 at a time, then add more. As long as the pictures are within the dimensions specified and the file size specified you shouldn't have any issues. Was the picture you were trying to add maybe a different file type that isn't supported on this site?
