Sorry to say---that was no really big surprise---he has been heading for an end like that for a long, long time.

It still sucks that someone with his sort of talent could not find peace and fullfillment thanks to that. Its too bad that he had some hole in his spirit that he felt he had to fill with something like drugs.

In my life-time, I've lost more than a few acquaintances and friends because of them. It's so sad to see their lives dissolve, as they poison themselves.

It's not only their lives that goes down the tubes, but family and those who love them, seem helpless to do anything.

This is just one more example of the results. You'd think people would learn.

Yeah this really shocked me to see, I really liked his acting...:( Lost Boys, Murphy's Romance, and so many others. What a shame. I hope he's found peace finally. That's three lately. Walter Koenig's son, Marie Osmond's boy, now this one....sigh
