Like a lot of folks, I'm often disappointed with the quality of bi porn. Too often, it seems like a woman has wandered onto a gay porn set, or a series of dull MFM scenes with minimal M-M contact. But I saw Chi Chi LaRue's "Shifting Gears" the other night, and actually liked it a lot. M-M and M-F done equally well, and a great orgy scene at the end, prefaced with some F-F. Yeah, it struck me as more from the gay perspective, but it didn't seem like the women were just for show.

Actually, the orgy reminded me of the everybody-does-everybody fantasies I would have growing up. I told my college GF about these. She didn't take it well, and the relationship quickly ended. Later when I told my grad-school BF about these, he responded, "But now you're just into guys, right?" I lied and said yes, because I loved him. But any-waaayyy, some fun porn.

Be careful at that site. Our McAfee went red with a warning about it!

Now about the toppic. The wife and I agree that most of the bi porn is disapointing, but we have to admit that it was one of those dull porn movies that got us to open up to each other about our bi experiences before we met each other.

Here we are! :love1:

Most porn is known for having plot lines and dialogs that rival Sponge-bob Square-pants... actually, S.B. is more entertaining....

I saw one "intellectual" porn once... yeah... that went well.
I could see they spent all their money on DIALOG and LIGHTING and less on casting and actual sex.

Cant even tell you what the name of it was... do *any* of them have names? (lol)

That is why they make the kind of porn they do... about 3 minutes of "set-up" and then straight to the f*cking is what most men want... (didn't say ALL MEN) and porn made for women BY WOMEN is about as rare as a snowy day in July. So this drivel that passes for acting followed by the expected sloppy romp followed by brief "can we do this again.. fade to black" is what we are stuck with.

I dont see Steven Spielberg directing, or Angelina Jolee or Tom Selleck starring in any porns any time soon.

(although that would be one HELL of a flick... lol)

I watched parts of "Shifting Gears" (kind of skipped around a bit, just seeing if anything caught my eye), and it didn't impress me too much, or rather, it looked very well-made compared to most bi porn out there, but it didn't have that "spark" I'm always looking for.

Although recently I did get Madison Young's "Fluid: Men Redefining Sexuality", and it totally hit the spot for awesome bi porn (not to mention that it's awesome to hear the guys' stories and know that they truly do identify as queer or bi or open in real life).

I just watched "Short Bus". I thought it was fairly decent.

I especially liked the sex therapist, who could not have an orgasm.

I could relate to the James, who was so depressed, because he was in a relationship that he felt trapped in. That was in the distant past and I hope to never repeat it again.

We have a sex shop called "Expectations" nearby, and any time I'm in there it always seems like they reserve the lamest, most low-budget stuff for the bi section. I've rented out a couple of the films and they are always abruptly disappointing. Totally right about the whole girl or two wandering into a gay porn set thing. It's really hard for me to get into it when I know a lot of the time the actors are trying really hard to overlook the fact that they're with same sex or whatever. For me, amateur stuff made by/for females where there's still guy/guy action is the most enjoyable.
