In nz, we have one of the most cross supportive countries in terms of LGBT / hetero relations, and we have a event called the big gay out.....
this year as in other years, the prime minister ( head of government ) walked amongst the people at the big gay out..... something that really makes us stand out.... and its something that other countries would do well to notice
he walked amongst the revellers of the event, and also talked with the protesters of the event and other issues.....
I can only hope that other countries take note of how new zealand does things,... and how much of a difference it can make
