Bisexual and curious

Hi all! I'm new but I hope you don't mind me just jumping right in!

I'm a bisexual female. I've always known but am only just recently coming out.

I'm at a point in life where I'd like to pursue a relationship with a woman. I'm attracted to her both emotionally and physically, but I'm inexperienced which makes me nervous. See, my only sexual experience with a female was with a friend of mine in my preteens. The woman I'm interested in has only been with women. I'm basically a virgin in this respect, it's almost embarrassing! I'm afraid I'll disappoint her.

Any words of advice?

One thing I've learned is, you're better off being honest and up front with her.

I'll bet, if you told her that you're attracted to her and would like very much to become more than friends with her (but that you have no experience) she may be very pleased and feel honored that you'd choose her to share those feelings with.

You may be amazed at how a direct approach will get results!

I'm totally with Realist on this subject (Realist, why is it you always give such damn good advice? You wise man... :tong:)
My current partner of two and a half years was my first woman and, like you, I'd only had a few childish same sex experiences in my pre teens, so I was nervous as hell.
Silvia (my partner) knew about it and was totally cool with that, even honoured that I'd chosen her as my first. But of course she was also a bit scared that I may not really like the experience. So, as you can see, anxiety is really the norm on both sides in ANY new relationship, albeit for different reasons.
But when it happened, it felt like the most natural thing in the world, for both of us.
Just relax, enjoy and let your emotions (and your body!) take you to wherever it leads.
