politics, gender, and sexual diversity. Participants are invited to
strengthen connections between local and international communities
and challenge the socially accepted binary views of sexuality and
gender. People will have the opportunity to meet and share tools and
information to become more visible and reaching out to those who
might not even know that safe spaces exist for them to be themselves.
We already have more than 50 confirmed workshops on topics including
erotic spirituality, bisexuality and kink, bi visibility, sexual
communication and sexual healing, bi relationships and dating, bi
marriages, bisexuals and (non)monogamy or polyamory, trans
spirituality, bi and trans community-building, various scientific and
sociological studies on bisexuals, bisexual parenting, HIV and
bisexuals, various deconstruction presentations, biracial
bisexuality, poverty, bisexuality around the world and many others!
The 9th International Conference on Bisexuality, Gender & Sexual
Diversity (9ICB for short) is June 15-18, 2006 at Ryerson University
in downtown Toronto, Canada, just as Toronto’s incredible Pride
celebrations get started. Toronto is one of the world’s most diverse
cities and has so much to offer.
