Before ya make a purchase like that---you may want to think twice about using your credit card:

There have been some reporting lately--it has happened to more than a few people-to save money--folks who might have previously been shopping at stores like Macys or whatever switched "down market" to stores like DollarGeneral, BigLots and even made some purchases at Goodwill and Salvation Army stores--with no other info other than that--the bastard credit card companies raised the interest rates on their cards and the credit bureaus lowered their FICO score--for no other reason than they were trying to be more frugal in a down economic time--they did not miss payments or anything of that sort!!!

By being frugal-the credit companies are making an assumption that you are now a credit risk and they respond accordingingly--or course--they won't drop your ass if you really do become a bad credit risk--they just string ya along---charging you ever higher interest rates---in fact---the credit card companies HOPE that you become a bit of a deadbeat!!! They make, by their own admission--well over 50 percent of their profits out of gouging those whose credit ratings are less than stellar with those high rates--and those checks into cash places that charge customers something like 360 percent interest on carrying a balance on accounts that remain open a full calendar year---most of them are owned and operated by the big financial firms lilke American Express and Bank of America!!!

So--you do really have to watch what you do with your credit cards----if you think that some purchase might somehow be looked on disfavorably by the powers-that-be---best to not even use a debit card--what you purchase or at least where what you purchase using one of those is still noted by banks, credit card companies and the credit rating agencies----use that good old stand by--use CASH!!!
