A lot of this summer's LGBT pride events have already happened, but there will be bi meet-ups for at least two more of them: it'd be great to see more people from here, there.

Manchester - 29 to 31 Aug: meet from 12 noon at bi stall in Lifestyle Expo area to go on the parade.

Cardiff - 29 Aug: just find the bi stall and say hi!

Any others with a bi presence coming up -- remember, all it takes is you being there and telling people here where and when to find you! :)

Will Capt. JAck from Torchwood be there? I mean it is in Cardiff?

The Cardiff one is pretty much in the heart of the city, and as for Jack... well, he's shown up at London Pride several times in recent years so perhaps! :)

I was at the Brighton one this year, up until I got rained off. was only wearing a white t-shirt and kahki shorts and navy sandals. I got absolutely soaked through. was a good parade though prior to the rain.

Alas I shalln't be able to make it to either Mancs or Cardif, as either working or just generally don't have the money for the train fairs :(

Maybe next year however once I've saved up some funds.

Manchester is doing the parade a hour earlier than normal this year - so it's as meet up at 1030 for 11 instead. See people there! :bibounce:

My wife and I will be at the Manchester one this weekend with another bi-couple that we know. It's my birthday that weekend and I'll be a party mood.

It was fab at Manchester this weekend: lots more bi flag colours about the place than in previous years.

And up to the bi stall over the weekend came people who'd decked themselves out variously in bi flag eyeshadow, a checked dress in the bi colours, pink/purple/blue dog-tags, wrist bands or pin badges. As well as the regimental colours of the B*R*A obviously.

Three other stalls have bi stuff on them too. Shiny stars to the Liberal Democrats (http://lgbt.libdems.org.uk/), to Albert Kennedy Trust (http://akt.org.uk/), and to Unison (http://unison.co.uk/).

We're still just a corner of a mostly L/G/T party but it feels a lot warmer than before :bipride:
