Not many---and to be concerned about whether a many can wear panties or a dress in places like the US, Canada, the lands down under and most of Europe is a non-starter!!!!!--sure men do can that in these places--he might meet with some social ostracisim or even have some dumb as bricks redneck type want to kick his ass----but the government is not going to send out a group of big beefy guys dressed in cheap black suits with dark glasses riding in a black van, break down your door at night and take your ass off to some hell hole prison because you do this or most anything else the powers that be don't like---something that can happen in far ro many places in the world for doing anything beyond a very narrowly proscribed set of behaviours--where the next time, if ever, seen again---your body is in bits and pieces thrown in a mass grave---I am all for human rights and all that----but you have to put things in persepective!!!!
