Just thought I'd say "hello!" to everyone. I haven't set up my account yet beyond registering, but since it might be a few days before I can I didn't want to wait to say something!
Let's see, I'm 20, male (but transgendered...I identify almost equally between the two...don't have any plans to ruin my perfectly good male parts, though :tong:), bisexual, and in a stable 3-year relationship with a girl who's also bisexual and transgendered (although as far as being transgendered it's to a far lesser degree than myself.)
She and I were actually voted cutest couple of our senior class in high school and now we're in a long distance relationship between the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and the University of Texas at Dallas. She's in town for the summer which is AMAZING for the both of us!
I just came out to my mother about a week or two ago after keeping both my sexuality and orientation very well under wraps for well over a decade...and her reaction had me in tears...
...tears of happiness!!!!
Here's a quote of part of what she said to me after I explained what bisexual and transgendered meant: "I am sure you know somewhere deep down that I don't care what your sexuality is. It makes absolutely no difference to me. You are still Alex."
Other info: I'm a third-year student (senior by hours) majoring in Arts & Technology. I switched over from my major in Astronomy a year ago for various reasons. I'm a major Trekkie (seen the new film five times), and my life has been defined by my 7 eye surgeries and diseases.
Here's a picture of me in one of my online "art" galleries: http://kproductions.deviantart.com/art/Being-True-to-Yourself-120293777
