This morning on NPR--they did a story on a most interesting and special person--a man who for most of his life has helped to bring beauty to the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.
While this man does not specifically believe in something greater---he most certainly has lived his long life--now winding down---in a way that I always considered to be in the "true spirit" of Jesus.
This man has a real kindness of spirit most of us, and especially those who so loudly claim they are lovers and followers of Christ should aspire to and emulate.
Take the time to listen to the radio piece---it is very moving.

This story also shows--that just because one is not "religious" in a specific sense--one can still be very much filled with "the spirit" and create works that elevate us from the profane and mundane.
And--if you have a dry eye and are not moved by what this mans says and his story--you are one hard hearted puppy!!!! LOL
