How about doing a search for females living in the UK & Ireland on the site? There may be quite a few mwmbers but not everyone visits to read what is going on. If you were of a mind to, you could then email them.

Mostly the UK bi 'scene' are hanging out elsewhere on the net rather than here - in my experience. Especially LiveJournal - oh, and at real-world bi groups / events!
