I had to tell ya'll this..
Friday night I had a date with who I though was a very nice man. I know, I know..Blind dates are normally a bitch...

He was so very much the gentleman; Greeting me with a hug and kiss at my door complimenting me on my clothes, (He Loved my long hair..lol) He helping me down the steps here, opening the car door, the door to the resturant. Touching me affectionately He told me to order whatever I liked, and paid for it all. We were greeted by the wait-staff at Sizzlers, and marveled that two of them gave me hugs, and personally seated us and comped the drinks for me. We had just one each. He had a White Russian, and I had a Strawberry Daquerie.

We had the Best conversation about our lives, about Anything and Everything, and he confessed that he is bi-curious. I told him about my Lifestyle, and he was fascinated. We started holding hands after a while, feeding each other little tid-bits of food, laughed and joked and flirted. When he got his salad he asked if I would like for him to get me one, (Being concerned about my leg) I told him "Thank you, but I can get mine"
When we got back to the table, he leaned over and kissed my cheek softly and stroked my face for a second. I thought, "Wow. Maybe I've found a great guy, at last"
Even the waiter, who knew me, gave me a thumbs up behind my dates back..lol

At one point he said softly, "After dinner how bout we go back to your house for a while?"
I said, "I think that's do-able"
He said "I'm going to get some soft-serve Ice Cream"
I told him I'd be right back and headed for the bathroom..after he kissed the back of my hand.
I was in there about 10 mins, and when I came back my purse was on the table where I left it, and I didnt see my date. I figured he was getting his ice cream and started to sit back down. I moved my purse and under it was a napkin and a 20 dollar, and three words. "Cab Fare. Thanks."

Needless to say I was stunned. I sat there for a few minutes, a gambit of emotions running all thru me. I finally got up and got me some dessert, then went up front to call a cab. The front counter girl looked at me and gestured, which meant "Where'd your date go?? I growled.

She says "Oh???"

She called me a cab, handed me a comp coupon for a free dinner, and as I waited I thought, "My God..What did I do? What Didnt I do?"
I didnt know whether to feel humiliated, pissed, hurt, or to laugh. I mean, C'mon, abandoned at Sizzler. Kinda funny when you look at it in one way.
I gave the cabbie the 20, and just wanted to go hide for a while.

I called him to make sure nothing had happened at home, and got no answer. I called him about an hour later, then lammed into him via Email. I still havent heard from him today, and this is Sunday.
Had he had an emergency, he could have told my friend the waiter that he had to leave, could have sent her into the bathroom to let me know. Could have left me a quick message, "Hey emergency at home. Call you later.."
This I could have accepted, but no, what I got was three words and 20 bucks.
When I told my Lifestyle family what had happened, the girls were all for rounding up a posse and hunting his lil ass down, and wanted his screen name and email address...LMAO.

Like I said, I didnt know how to feel. I was torn between being hurt and feeling duped and totally disrespected, to feeling humiliated, to being not quite good enough, to being pissed and wanting to smack him into next week so I could bring him back just to do it again.

Ah well..I guess life happens, but I have determined that no more dates for me. I'll stick to friends and buddies, and seeing men and women of my Lifestyle world. lol
Have a great Sunday Ya'll! ;)
Your Cat.

Cherokee_Mountaincat,

I don't know you at all (hope the leg is okay) but it sounds like you were set up to me. Anyone have a grudge against you? Anyone that might benefit from having your personal information?

Otherwise, it's unfortunate. It sounded like a wonderful time, though I guess I would have been a bit suspicious at the level of affection on the first (blind) date. Perhaps he just chickened out?

Cherokee_Mountaincat
Jan 18, 2009, 6:57 PM
I thought of that too, Hon. We had been talking for a while, but I thought he was a good guy. No one here has a grudge against me, so it wasnt a set up, but thank you for your concern that way.;)

I dont know what happened, and I possibly wont. One never knows.
Hugs, Sugar. And thank you for your kindness..:}

What a most pathetic excuse for a man! I do think it is rather odd his gentlemanly actions then being a wuss and leaving like he did. Obviously he lacked integrity. A better man is just around the corner.

He wasn't sure of what he wanted and probably thought this was his attempt at being a gentle let down, though it was less than.

And this is why I drive myself to my dates. :p

Oh my goodness Dear, I am so sorry this happened to you. You are such a sweet person and you deserve so much more. But this is something you are already aware of I'm sure haha.

Screw him. It's better that you know now what kind of person he is instead of getting really attached then finding out later.

His loss, Cat! But it does make you wonder what in hell was he up to, doesn't it?

I thought up some possibilities, like his wife came in and drug his butt out, or the MOB was after him. Maybe the FBI caught up with him! Maybe he had a lumpy fart! Who knows, but it was a very odd occurrence. I couldn't imagine myself running out on anyone like that, for any reason. I hope the mystery gets solved, because this could be a cliff hanger!

Cat-It's not a surprise that this happened.

You're an obese white trash cunt and fugly too. What did you expect?

Your "lifestyle" friends may tell you to your face that they care about you but really they don't give a fuck and could care less about you, and your non-existant sex and romantic life.

You say that you're bisexual but you don't even like women sexually and you only say that you're bisexual because men don't want you at all as this post you wrote shows, and you'd have to pay for a man to have sex with you.

Oh GOD this Troll shit is getting boring...

Cat Honey: If indeed there is a silver lining to this situation, at least you didn't get deep into a relationship with this man, then find out how spineless he is. Better to find out now, and be done with him. I am so sorry that this happened to you Honey, you deserve so much better. Best of luck to you in the future my friend.

Sorry, I am appaled at what happened. I wish I'd been your date. Sometimes men/women just don't get it. Regardless, honesty is always the best policy.

I was honest with my G/f and it made our relationship better. She started it and it made me comfortable. You need not worry, the right one will come along. Hang in there Dano

Sweet Cat,
I am really sorry to hear this. No one deserves to be treated that way. It makes it even worse when he acted like such a gentleman and was so sweet and attentive. I can't say here anything that hasn't already been said - I agree with the comments. It's best to discover it early instead of later down the road when emotions are really invested. All I can say is he isn't much of a man - and you deserve far, far better. If I were in the area - I'd gladly sign up for the posse - nut it wouldn't be his LEGS that I break!:) As for the comments by Mikehunt - Mike - you aren't much of a man either - but worse - you aren't much of a human being. As for our community here - it's pretty much like America - love it (and it's people) or leave it. So... small man Mikey - grow up or get the hell out! Peace and love to you cat - To me you're beautiful inside AND out. Keep smilin - and in your own words - lets go back to the party! Love ya girl. Lonewolf - Howwwlllll!

You had what I call a "Los Angeles Date". People there used to specialize in this nonsense, even to the point of having a friend park their car behind the establishment for a quick getaway. It is designed to humiliate and hurt the other person. Both men and women do this. I've had women tell me that this is their worst nightmare.

The guy is an asshole. End of story. He also probably freaked after you said you were bi. Give him a kick in the balls when you bump into him again....

OH MY GOD CAT!!!! So sorry to hear what happened... As I was reading it I knew there was going to be some kind of a twist, but I didn't see that one coming.... Wow... At least if there is a silver lining to it... He paid for everything... Was it with a credit card? then you could of had a few more drinks on him... The worthless fucker... Very odd.... I'm not giving the guy an out, BUT maybe he thought you left him being in the bathroom for 10 minutes and all.... and that your friends would get your purse to you...LOL Stranger things have probably happened. Don't know. You seem like a very sweet lady to me, and I agree with MaybeSayMaybe that if you see him again to give him a kick in the balls. For no other reason to see if he has any... LOL

Geez...... not tooting my own horn, but i'd like to think that i'm a pretty decent guy, and that asshole gives us decent guys a bad name. I could imagine the mixture of feelings going through you right now. On one hand, you should feel anger, resentment, and the need to break every bone in his body !! On the other hand, I say chalk it up to just another bad life experience that everyone seems to go through in their lives. Lesson learned.... move on.... Sure, be a little more 'leery' next time. I'd have to say the most important thing is, DON'T let this bad experience alter future experiences, it's just not worth it.

:) Keep your chin up, girl !!

I have been thinking about this proposed Posse....when I was in Tuscon last year...home of the most charming Fireman Donn I will have you know I visited an old western movie studio. It came to me that we all could create a whole Boomtown complete with all the requiste characters. Hmm...I wonder what role Cat could have? Or me...We need a Matt Dillion, a Doc, Festus ...I would say that I could be Miss Kitty but as you all know I do not sing that well..but then again I am in the food service business and could run a Saloon.

Damn it. I thought this was going to be about a new sex position. Like "reverse cowgirl" or something neat. Funny story though. It's the kind you can tell at cocktail parties for years. I do hope you have gotten over any bad feelings about yourself however. There's no telling what really happened, but I doubt it had much if anything to do with you. Something wrong with him for sure.

BTW- it would have been a funnier story if he had stiffed you on the bill, and maybe stolen your money too. I have a good friend who tells stories like this all the time. They always start with, "well you won't believe what happened' and the room gets quiet because nobody wants to miss what happened next.

No. I'm just pointing out how delusional Cherokee is if she thinks that men and women actually want her for her body or other aspects of her.

It's certainly not intelligence in her case or her body!

She just must be a very easy lay, a slut, gang bang queen, or a whore! ;)

Actually, many women and men like women who look like Cat so before you begin to speak for EVERYONE, maybe you should take that into account.

You've probably pulled a lot of trains with lots of men, and have HIV/AIDS and other STDs.

just cos cat has taste in people and a great sense of humour, doesn't mean that you have to insult her or be nasty.....

When Cherokee posts about her gross body or excerpts from her boring life like this one or her pathetic attempts at erotic stories we are not laughing with her but at her, and she's too stupid and daft to realize it!

It's funny how you still talk about her gross body and there are still no pictures of you. Who's the pathetic one. All you're doing is hiding behind your computer and being a mean nasty ass in order to make yourself feel better. Now THAT is what is truly pathetic.

lol I have no idea What dredged up this post, since it happened Last January..lol. And theres been an update to the tale. In Febuary, on Valentines Day yet, here comes Mr. Take off without notice in to Sizzlers with this Very pregnant wife in tow. My friends took note of this and called me after they left..lol
The manager looked him in the eyes as she was taking their order and he couldnt look at her..lol
I guess the wife went to the bathroom and Victoria said to him, "You arent gunna leave this one b'hind like you did our Mama, arent you, Bucko?"
All he could do was stammer.

The wait staff fawned all over her, while he was treated rather cooly. Her food was served lovingly, his was just kinda sat down on the table impartially..lol Victoria came over to the Very same table that he and I sat at and inquired if the meal was ok then chit chatted, and you know us girls..we'll get to chit chatting about Everything: How long they had been married, how far along she was, how many kids they had already, ect. The whole time Vicki had her hand on the back of his chair just yaking with his wife. She said he was sweating profusly and Very uncomfortable.
Vicki wished them a good meal and said to the waitress. "When this sweet lady is through with her meal, make sure she gets a nice dessert..on the house"
She then put her hand on his shoulder, and dug her long nails in slighty and said "Now you make sure you take care of This nice little Mama, hear?"
The she said "Too bad our Mama isnt here tonight...I think you'd love her! I know she's loved by all of Us....."
Then walked away leaving her smiling happily with her double fudge chocolate dream cake, and him squirming in his britches...LMAO
Somehow in the course of the dessert, a glass of ice water was accidently dumped into his lap and completely Soaked the entire front of his pant. Oh shucky darns....
Pays to have good friends who love and care bout ya..huh! lol:bigrin:;)
