Hi, I am having difficulty downloading the updated version of Java 7 so I can go into the chat room. I have windows vista and a new pc. 6 months old. How long should the down load take and does anyone have any advice? thanks

not sure where you tried to d/l FROM, but I trust file hippo:

if you are on broadband it shouldn't take any more than....5 minutes to d/l it.
