My problem is I'd need one of each...

I've seen home-made versions of the female model on various websites, www.fuckingmachines.com comes immediately to mind. They're usually pretty elaborate, and clearly built from off the shelf parts from the hardware store. This is the first mass-produced one I've encountered. It's also the first I've seen with a version for us guys.
