For the non-geeky folks, my eyebrow did "The Rock" on "Lc3fur"
Thats like, internetgeek translating into Lucifer! GAH!

Those kind of things make me uncomfortable.
But yes, it probably is someone's (albeit twisted) sense of humor.
Especially for us folks who take seriously:
"Do you reject Satan, all his works, and all his empty promises?"
...although the division of good and evil into extreme absolutes as a moral guide may not work for some...

I think that you are reading too much into it. It's just a randomly generated code.
Have a friend who, at one time, had a black Trans Am with black tint windows that had the license plate of "DVL 666".
This was before personalized plates became affordable for most folks.
Imagine driving through the middle of the bible belt with that car..................................on a Sunday.
