java chat does not work

i have inistalledall java apps...and clicked on the little boxwith the x when u enter chat...installed lattest version...but still will not work...and help???amnyone?

Not sure on this, just a shot in the dark. Do you have 'cookies' enabled?

check your popup blocker, make sure it is configured to allow popups (the chat opens in a new window)

Try deleting the Java temporary files:
Control Panel | Java | General tab; Temporary Internet Files; click Settings | Delete Files... |Check both boxes and click OK.

Try the Java Control Panel and make sure security certificate is working. Also click the Update option.
