Apparently, the gay adoption ban is unconstitutional, so says the State Supreme court. They finally protected someone's rights.

That is a great ruling--of course the case will wend its way into the appelate courts and will at least go to Florida's Supreme Court---let us hope that this ruling winds up being upheld by the higher level courts in Florida.

It will of course light off the anti-rights crowd and get them to rally about how evil the courts are and they always overturn "the will of the people" and we have judicial activism and all that crap!
