I know its not the most amazing thread, and is purely dedicated to those who are interested in the likes of metal music.

Slipknot are touring Europe & the UK for their fourth studio album! If that does not get your taste buds tingling, its rumoured that Machine Head may be supporting as well as Children of bodom (not my thing but hey, bring it!)

That is all, hope the people of the metal genre just got woken up a notch!

This to me, was almost as big as hearing that Rage against the machine are playing at reading! phew that was an announcement and a half.

I damn near puked when Ozzy called Disturbed 'The future of Metal'.Oh god, you and me both. There are days I really think rock is in it's death throes.

Slipknot is headlining the Metal Mayhem tour which includes: DragonForce, Disturbed, Machine Head, and 9 more. Already got my tickets, should be a kick ass show.
