Recently my GF of 4 and a half years moved out. Why? Eh? Do you really want me to go into the things she doesn't like about me or our living situation? Needless to say I am sad. I still have feelings for her.
I wanted to have a poly relationship with a man and her but I guess that won't happen. Now I have to start from scratch. So I don't know which one to look for first... a guy that is open to a woman joining or the other way around. Either way, right now I am feeling kind of lost.
Maybe that is a good place to be in right now.
I would like to know what you folks think.

I think you need time alone before you try getting involved with anyone again.

Why the rush to get into a relationship again? Enjoythe time by yourself doing what you want to do when you want to and all the things that are great about being single.

Maybe it dosent feel good now but leave it till it does before you go on the pull.

You are more likely to pull if you have an air of contentedness than if you feel needy anyway.

Once you have healed some I think you should just be open to men or women, if you are open about your bi poly nature early on you will know better what will work out.

Agreed. There's nothing to add to that.
