Surprisingly...the lyrics go really well with the music! But Closer is one of my favorite songs...and to not hear it in its original form just tears my heart out. lol

Trent is a great musician but I have to admit I get really tired of how dark he sees the world to be.

Have played this song many times over the years...with a lot of different bands.. and each with it's own...mmm particular flavor....It's just a fun song to play and improvise with... This rendition gives an awesome blend of the here and now and doesn't stray to far from the original to make it unrecognizable. Excellent job, in my opinion. Right now. Thanks V:cool:
