Couldn't get the video to play, but I'm well familiar with Dick's opinions and commentary. It's no surprise that it's Faux News that allowed him to be their
"expert". You may not have to get caught sucking the toes of a Washington DC hooker, or sexually harass your show's female producer as O'Reilly did, to become a Fox expert, but it helps.
