But now there's another issue. Common law marriage is STILL invalid in NY State. And as far as we bi's go, I'd like co-operative marriage/family rights (polygenderous). As it is now you can't marry more than two- And one cannot marry twice.

So now down the road we get into the Supreme Court's legal definition of "Family"...
