Ok, this is not cut and paste, this is my knowledge gleaned from medical legal EXPERTS at a seminar.
ALL OF THIS IS ONTARIO LAW not USA
The world issues apply to you all
Interestingly there are no cases of man on man sex being brought to court on a criminal charge.
All legal and civil cases are based on m to f vaginal sex.
There are currently a couple people doing time for having unprotected sex even though in one case the sex partners were not infected.
It is your right, and anonymous testing for ALL STI's is available in Ont.
HIV is the ONLY STI that is under criminal prevue, you are free to spread all other sexual disease without fear of criminal prosecution.
You can be sued by individuals though.
Since I get grief here for posting long this is the most important thing you as a sexually active person needs to know;
LEGAL PRINCIPAL ASSUMES IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE THEREFORE IF YOU ARE SEXUALLY ACTIVE AND YOU SPREAD DISEASE, YOU ARE GUILTY OF AN OFFENSE.
IF YOU SPREAD HIV EVEN THOUGH YOU DO NOT YOURSELF KNOW YOU HAVE THE DISEASE AT THE TIME OF THE SEX PLAY YOU ARE GUILTY OF CRIMINAL AGGREVATED ASSAULT AND YOU WILL DO TIME.
If you spread other non lethal disease you are guilty of an offense under the public health act and will get a nasty phone call. 3 of those and you then get a court order against you.
That is an over simplified description of Section 22 orders.
WOMEN….YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS FACT .. PLEASE READ!!!!
16 TO 24 YEAR OLD FEMALES ARE BEING INFECTED BY HIV AT A FASTER RATE THAN ANY OTHER DEMOGRAPHIC IN NORTH AMERICA
These rates are Now at critical mass meaning that within a short time (2years at most)
HIV infection rate increase will be unstoppable. No government in NA is taking this seriously, in fact AID awareness funding has been universally cut so it WILL go on.
A world aware person should know that in sub Saharan Africa there are 8 countries on the verge of human extinction. There are no women left of child bearing age.
60% of the adults have died, of the 15 million orphans 10 million have aids.

PLAY SAFE ALL THE TIME
Women with hiv do infect men but the data is mixed. At the very least women infect men on a 1 to 1 basis ( an African study) but it is generally held that men infect women 10 time as much as the reverse.
People who are infected need to know, as do you all, that undetectable viral load in the blood does NOT mean safe semen!! Taking the med cocktail does not mean you can play without condoms. The meds do NOT kill the HIV in the testes and the prostate which is where the hiv lives. Your PRE EJACULATE is deadly, IF the cell count is over 10,000 copies per Cu Mil. If under 1000 which is the lowest level detected in semen your partner is safer but not totally.Use condoms
