I need your opinions!

Hey everyone.

I posted on here before a while ago at the beginning of the summer where I talked about possibly having a crush on a guy and I didn't know if he was gay or bi or not. Well, a few weeks ago I started talking to him again on this social networking site. He dedicated a song to me and I looked up the words and it seems like he's trying to tell me something. I messaged him back a few times and he said we needed to hang out. A few days later I saw him at a party and he came up and hugged me and acted nervous. A lot of people think he's gay. I haven't heard from him since I saw him at the party. So I guess my questions are...does it sound like he likes me? Why do you think he all of a sudden stopped talking to me? Should I message him or give him some space? Any feedback here or in a private message is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Don't chase after him.

If he wants to get back to you he will as he knows your contact info and how to reach you, right?

Have you talked to him about his sexuality, or told him about your own?

I know lots of affectionate/friendly hetero men who have no qualms hugging or even kissing a man as a greeting.

If this guy is effeminate or plays into a stereotype, that doesn't always mean anything either.

My ex boss is VERY effeminate but he's totally heterosexual.

I don't know this guy and I'll never meet him but there are ways you can tell if he is gay/bi/non hetero and they don't have anything to do with stereotypes at all, and you should be able to tell if he's gay/bi/non hetero or if he's interested in you.

Move on and find someone else or just stay single and keep your options open.
