has anyone been to any of these places and if so what are they like? I'm told you get a lot of bi guys there. are they good places to explore your sexuality as long as you're safe about it?

From my experience they are great places to explore your sexuality! You are correct to add the proviso about safety but I always exercise caution and have never had an std yet. Also, you can just watch if you don't want to participate and there is usually plenty to see. Depending on the sauna too - there is always a wide variety of guys there. Haven't conducted a survey but I would imagine a fair proportion are bi (as well as married I should think). Overall, still being a very occasional user, I've had fun ;)
