Can there be any permanent damage from using nipple clamps to long or to tight?

Yes. If you cut off the circulation to any body part for an extended period of time, there can be damage, both nerve and tissue.

Just do like I did and get em both pierced then you won't need clamps.
Trust me with the little pain that there is you won't regret getting them done
if you like a little pleasure with your pain.

I've got both pierced and there is a little discomfort when the anaesthetic wears off, but it can make them even more sensitive. Just make sure you go to a reputable body piercer who will explain the procedure and make sure he/she explains the aftercare procedure as well.
