Bad Behavior

Why is it that someone can have their account locked for a week due to "bad behavior" when they aren't half as bad as some of the chatters? Also, before someone's account is locked shouldn't they have it explained to them what they have done and have the right to defend themselves. I have seen people in this chat room run others off and I hate it. This is suppose to be a place where we can come to find answers and friends as many of us have. So, why all the hate?

I have never heard of this happening until now, but I do agree that if someone does something they should be apprised of the situation and consequences. Many times there are misunderstandings and that should be taken into account as well.
