Hello I was curious as to how many people on here have used sounds, myself I have discovered I love to have them used on me and like to use them on other guys also, I haven't had the chance to use them on a woman yet but have been told that they cause a woman to have a fantastic climax.

If the outside part of the implant gets damange then ya, looking at THOUSANDS of dollars to replace the thing. Yikes! lol

Just to clarify: a sound is a medical instrument that is inserted into the urethra. They're long and slender round usually and can reach all the way into the bladder. I've never tried it but some people really get off using them. ;)

I haven't experienced this personally, but I have friends that swear by the pleasures. I also have been warned that there are some issues with women and using them. Those that are prone to UTI's might want to exercise some caution.

Sounds are kinda like a gay/bi man thing I think, same as poppers.

I don't know about medical sounds being pleasant...but I can tell you for sure...having a tube put down your penis, with a camera on it, to check out your bladder...is no picnic :eek: I had it done a couple of years ago, they first inserted a couple of suspositories in the penis..to numb it down...that wasn't pleasant at all...then the camera....that was one experience I hope I ever have to go through again...can't see how anyone could find that a turn on... :(

There are easier ways to stimulate the prostate. Gentle pressure between the anus and base of the testicles for one. Or a finger inside the anus and gentle stroking. It's much easier than inserting a rod in the penis.

Hi seafer, I don't know why or how they got their name but they're not dildo's with sound. :bigrin: They are eight to ten inches in length and vary in diameter using the French nomenclature. Think about a stainless steel rod about 1/4" in diameter that may have a few slight bends in it. They are inserted into the urethra for some medical proceedures. Generally, men don't like stuff shoved up their urethra but if might be interesting in a bdsm medical situation. Hope this helps.
