When I was your age or younger I bought a set of claves, wooden sticks that you click together in Latin music - a percussion instrument. Although the handles are hard/smooth varnished, it will come off with use, especially if you use vaseline. If you alternate handles you'll cover the wearing by saying you sweat on 'em. Just a thought as i work in a chemist never use vaseline as a lube its not water soluable so there for it doesnt stay wet very long.In australia we have a brand of lube called pjur and it german in a black tube.it stays wet for twice as long and you buy it from sex shops.Have you got any lockable luggage you could hide your toys in and then lock it up when not in use???good luck :flag4:

Just whatever you do, dont use soap in the shower as lube. Been there, done that, hurt like hell.
