The former sounds like either a very effective form of torture or a new method of turning baritones into sopranos. The latter, though, is very do-able and can vastly amuse lovers of either sex when demonstrated during lulls in the actual foreplay-and-fucking. And it's not at all painful, if done properly.

Even if the activity is normally misnamed, it still feels good.

I have a number of leather, neoprene, and even metal devices and I enjoy wearing them. The only unpleasant thing is not being careful enough and pinching the skin of the scrotum while putting them on.

Of course you want to make sure that you don't wear anything that is too tight, you don't want to cut off the circulation!
