View Full Version : What NOT to say on a dance floor.

Last night my wife and I got a last minute invitation to go dancing at a local gay bar. At one point during the evening one of the gay gentlemen we had spoken with earlier approached me on the dance floor and said "You know we are making fun of you?" I said "Oh yeah, whys that?" He responds with "We think you are totally gay and just in denial." I said "You can think whatever you want" and continued shaking my ass to the funky beat. I didn't care enough to even try to enlighten the guy.
When I told my wife about it later she said the guy had been telling her ealier how hot he thought I was. So he was obviously jealous and just trying to push my buttons. I'm glad I didn't let him. The nerve of some people still amazes me.

It's sad really how it seems that some people have never been taught manners. Good for you for not letting the guy get to you!

the best response you could have given, without being as rude as he! i can never understand why someone dosen't come out and say what he/she wants, instead of making a stupid remark like that guy!

I would have just laughed it off like you did.
Maybe he was just jealous of your dancing hahaha. :tong:

I'm jealous. I'm not hot in the gay lexicon, so I never get pushy people up in my face. Mostly they're content to leave me to the breeders. :(

 Glantern, I think to myself in response to this fool, "Maybe its because of queers like you that keep me in the closet"...But your way of handling it was perfect... :paw: :paw:

Thanks. After thinking about it I realized that I know a couple bi guys who probably would have just used a punch to the face as their response.

That could be...he was terrible. :)
My first suggestion to him would have been to set the drink down for a couple minutes while he danced. -MEOW
