This may sound like a strange question, but I wonder if a guy can be straight, but also participate in bisexual forms of play. Or, does having sexual contact with another man necessarily make you bi?

What I'm getting at is this; I've had a handful of sexual encounters with other guys over the last 20 years, but beyond basic friendship, I have never had any real emotional attachments to my sexual partners. That that is to say I've never had romantic feelings for another man. In each case, it was only a matter of two buddies helping one another accomplish something they would do by themselves anyway. My activities have been fairly tame; primarily mutual masturbation, frotting and oral sex when the mood is exactly right. Does that make me bi, or just a straight guy with normal curiosity bi ways?

Do no harm and do what brings you joy. Labels are for soup cans.

I'm in no way sexually or romantically attracted to men but love playing with a nice cock.

Ditto that. I could never have a romantic attachment to another guy, but I can't deny a certain sexual attraction. I love mutual masturbation, cock-to-cock play and giving oral. Have even bottomed on a few occasions for a bi friend, but that's not among my favorite activities.

I don't post much at all, especially since the site has turned to crap, but this struck me. After giving the definition a good bit of thought over the last few years after I came out to my wife, I absolutely believe a guy can be straight and have sexual contact with another man. It's like sports or games or the crafts. If you like doing something with your friends, why not. Western society has put the stigma on that. Other societies have been like 'whatever...' about it or in some cases in ancient societies the relationship was a way to know your friend and battle buddy had your back. Hell, it's common even today for some Asian men to hold hands. For me, I have learned that I could be bi-romantic with the right person, with all that goes with it like kissing, touching, or holding hands. That is truly bisexual to me. The good news is that my wife likes that I am that way rather than me playing the field. As Neonaught said, 'labels are for soup cans'... Why care?

You are just adventurous, don't place a label on it, explore it, enjoy it and don't worry about ................. have the sexual contact that suits you

A straight person may have homosexual thoughts and never act on them, that makes you bicurious. If you do it once and decided it wasn't you that makes you straight. If you keep on doing gay things well you are bisexual.
