Quality or Retail?

So in January this year, I was medically forced to leave my job. My body can no longer keep up with the physical demands of working construction. Degenerative disk disease in my upper back and neck has caused permanent nerve damage resulting in muscle loss in my left arm.

So I have gone full time in my side business of leather crafting. It dawned on me recently that i should expand into more markets. So i have a question for those into restraints.

Are you willing to pay more for full grain leather restraints or are you content with the average stuff most places sell?

After I had COVID I started having serious chest pains,started missing work first a few days a week then entire week,then in Aug of 21 it hit me at work and hurt for a year and I was done haven't worked since ,found out the capularies are clogged in my heart and spend a month at a time on the couch.

I know I would pay more for leather. We recently purchased a swing, and the straps and handles are all nylon. Sturdy and durable? Yes. Comfortable? No. The nylon scratches my ankles and back of my knees up. I’ve been on swings before where the straps are actual leather and not had this issue. Finding quality leather products for some kink products, seems to be harder to find, chea
quality, and fake leather creates more waste and repeat purchases. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way, I think you could really get a decent new venture off the ground with products for pervs like me.

We had the same problem with our sling and it's nylon hammock. I built this padded sling board and it far better now.63420
