I know one cannot delete a thread that was posted.
How do I edit a post that I posted?

Yeah, I’ve noticed that the “edit” function is there briefly, and sometimes doesn’t save even if you do edit.
As I’m usually typing here on my phone, the option is greatly appreciated.

I *think* the edit button is active for a while after you post, but then it goes away. So you can make corrections to something you just posted, but not anything older.

Fredward is correct, you have a small amount of time to edit after you post.
