You can get them in various diameters. To answer your question, though, yes. They tend to come in larger diameters and smaller lengths to allow maximum flow once you cum.

A glass sound, even a hollow one would be so dangerous I can't even image the risk. Sounds are a surgical tool so they are made of stainless steel. I'd highly recommend avoiding glass

Yes Neonaught, the hollow glass sounding tubes are mainly used in fertility clinics to collect sperm specimens, and I wouldn't ever recommend using a hollow glass tube for recreational use.
