I recently visited a urologist, citing urination frequency, weak stream & drip-drip issues, as well as moderate ED and reduced ejaculation/orgasm intensity, etc. I also mentioned that my PCP had prescribed Flowmax and that I discontinued it after it seemingly caused retrograde ejaculations. Since that time, I've been experimenting with various OTC products, like Super Beta Prostate and another supplement that I got from Amazon, which I *thought* might have been helping. (I later decided that any improvement was very minimal...)

My PSA and prostate exam showed no real cause for concern, and the doc prescribed 5mg daily Cialis, which he said had the potential to help with one, both or none of the main concerns. Surprisingly, I noticed a difference in my urine stream within a day or two, with the primary effect being quicker bathroom trips with fewer dribble-drip-drips at the end and a reduction in the embarrassing wet spots on the front of my pants. I'm not peeing enough to put out a campfire, but I'm emptying the bladder better and getting up fewer times at night.

I'm also seeing a modest improvement in achieving erections, although they're not as firm or large as they were even 10 years ago.
