I understand your frustration, but never say 'never'. While I don't belong to Adam4adam, but I do have accounts at Squirt and SilverDaddies. Here in PA we have state parks and state forests. State parks are generally easy to access and heavily utilized. Therefore there are a lot of regulations and enforcement.

State forests, on the other hand, are larger, and offer much less in the way of facilities with much more freedom. The regulations pretty much add up to DON'T BE AN ASSHOLE. Other than certain areas they are open 24-7-365 1/4, and visitors aren't required to stay on trails or camp in designated sites. I've been exploring a nearby 130 sq mile SF for 11 years. I'll be disappearing there late tonight and/or tomorrow for a few hours.

I would have no qualms meating someone there and getting off the beaten track rather than bobbing head in a vehicle parked in a more patrolled spot.
